Cold room sliding door is designed and manufactured completely cold-bridge free. Our brand cold room sliding door is well known for high cycle, durability and excellent thermal properties. Most of the cold room sliding doors are horizontal sliding doors that easy to operate manual or automatically. They are made with the CFC-free insulated PU panel, stainless steel or galvanized steel that meet EC/USDA international hygiene standards, they are are available in customized sizes and structure for temperature ranges from -25°C to 50°C.
All electric sliding cold storage doors use a special control system for cold storage doors. This control system is to write PLC function into the chip (DSP), using energy saving, environmental protection, low voltage (36V), high torque, permanent magnet DC motor combination as a system, the whole use of rolling and frequency conversion, segmented positioning, automatic repair, memory default, so that it can achieve the ideal control effect.
Door Panel - The door panel can be made of 304 stainless steel or colored steel plate. The door panel frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles and with PVC cooling bridge, so that the cold source on the surface of the door body is not easy to run to the outside of the door body. Polyurethane foam as a whole, the density of 42KG/M3, the door plate has an Angle steel structure frame, and the bearing parts are buried with 6MM steel plate.
Door Body - Door body hardware accessories are 304 stainless steel precision castings, conventional equipped with external door opener to facilitate the opening of the door, can be added according to the requirements of the internal door opener and external handle.
Sealing Frame - The sealing frame of the door hole is a high-strength aluminum alloy door frame, and has a cooling bridge design, which can put heating wire.
Safety Escape Device - The cold storage door has a safety escape device, such as the aesthetic requirements are particularly high, can add track cover and inner door cover. Our sliding doors have the characteristics of perfect sealing, reliable, safe and easy to operate and long service life.
